I need to cancel my trial subscription

TomTom - I need to cancel my trial subscription
There is no way for me to cancel this subscription to Tom Tom and I dont use it and never have. I took it off my apps just as fast as I had installed it. I even cancelled my subscription same day, same hour and yet to my surprise I was charged $93.17 two weeks later. I have been battling trying to find someone I can actually speak with so I can be refunded. THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER AND THERE IS NOWAYCTO CONTACT THIS COMPANY!!! But they can take my MONEY with NO PROBLEM!!!

Had an email from Tom tom next day as I didn't realise the chat service they provided had sent a message several tines while I was panicking due to money coming out my account.Issue resolved appreciate the help.

Order was meant to arrive by 17th Jan Did not - Could not contact Tomtom. 22 Jan Pissed Consumer passed complaint on to Tomtom .

23 Jan 2024, 15:53 CET Tomtom emailed a replyRegrettably, we are experiencing some unexpected delays in our delivery operations due to some technical system in our warehouse.

It is already dispatched from TomTom warehouse and tracking number is generated for Maersk.

Maersk will deliver the parcel to your last mile carrier which is Hermes and they will deliver it to your address.

Be rest assured soon it should get delivered to your address.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The item was delivered after two weeks.

Only after numerous messages was I told that the computer system was being worked on. It would of been polite of Tomtom to notify me of this issue without being asked.

Have used TomTom for years & in the past customer service was second to none but now its very poor been trying to resolve an issue with my Sat nav for months now & still not solved. Now anyone buying TomTom while its working there good but if you have an issue you may as will just put it in the bin.

keep trying to take money from my account this happens every year i cancelled my speed camera 4 years ago but they keep taking money i do not have tomtom any more but mastercard keeps giving them my new card details i have disputed the transaction and get the money stop but the next year they take it again

Useless customer service, impossible to speak to anyone. Only Bots are accessible humans dont exist!! I have never known an after sales service so had. Our Camper Go Plus cost over £360,we used it once for two weeks and it failed, now we cant get it repaired. I would not buy another TomTom.

I recently bought a Renault with a built in Carminat Tom Tom.about 13/14 years old. everything is stored on an SD card. Have tried using 'chat' and a live person on chat which did not help.Finally downloaded ' My Drive connect' Created account, paid suscription but after 2 hours still not been able to do anything. we have a Tomtom Go 6200that will not switch on or even charge up. Its just died on us, wanting to get it serviced as it has lifetime world maps on it. The serial number is ZA706810****. Tried on your chat but wont accept the number. Don't know what else to do. Many Thanks. Beverley.
